Amazon Prime Day 2023 is two weeks out, but DJI’s competing sale is already on

Amazon Prime Day 2023 dates have officially been announced, set for Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12. But you don’t have to wait another two weeks for two big reasons: 1. DJI already has its own in-house blowout sale, and it already started, and 2. Many of the best Amazon Prime Day deals are actually, kind of sneakily, available early.

Here’s what you need to know about the early Amazon Prime Day 2023 deals (and DJI’s competing sale that’s already on):

There’s a $200 gift card offer with Amazon’s Prime Visa Card

Later this week, Amazon is going to release a pretty swell offer to people who get approved for its credit card. Beginning June 29 and running through July 26, Prime members can get a $200 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval for Prime Visa.

Holding the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card, which has a $0 annual fee, is one of the easiest, most straightforward ways to save on Amazon purchases, as it offers 5% back year-round at Amazon.com, Amazon Fresh, and Whole Foods Market with an eligible Prime membership. Say you’re purchasing a $1,000 drone off Amazon. 5% back is $50 off right there, which can make it a lot easier to justify the price tag. Plus, that 5% for using the credit card stacks with other deals.

If you’re reading this, you likely shop with Amazon often anyway, and here’s an easy $5. When you purchase an Amazon gift card of $50 or more anytime between July 3 and 10, you’ll get a bonus $5 credit.

An easy $5 credit is nice, but how about $15? Here’s another easy way to get Amazon credits.

DJI is already having its own DJI Store Day sale in the vein of Amazon Prime Day (and it’s even earlier)

DJI might be beating Amazon to the chase here, offering up its own store sale. But while Amazon Prime Day 2023 doesn’t start until July 11, the DJI store sale actually kicks off today. DJI Store Day isn’t a single day, but rather started today, June 26, and runs through Friday, June 30.

With this sale, some items are discounted, while other items aren’t discounted but you get free gifts with purchase — which range from physical items like spare batteries and bags, to DJI shop credits.
