Your Mission

  • Plan and conduct both ground and flight tests for cargo UAVs.
  • Plan and execute flight operations efficiently and safely.
  • Assist customers with setting up and optimizing their flight operations.
  • Compile detailed and comprehensive test reports.
  • Support final aircraft checkout procedures to ensure readiness.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
    Your Qualification
  • Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid German Driver’s License Class A or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in flight testing or flight operations.
  • Proficient in log analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly motivated with an autonomous working style.
  • Strong, positive communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems that require knowledge across multiple engineering fields (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, software, systems engineering).
    A Plus
  • Drone pilot license.
  • Experience in drone/model airplane production.
  • Familiarity with SORA operational approval process.
  • Experience in project and task management.
