As Wingcopter continues to grow, we are looking to fill two important roles as soon as possible:

Currently, we are looking for a UAV Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) to join our Team.

What You’ll Do:

Frequent Worldwide Operations: You’ll be involved in short-term Maintenance Events on Wingcopter Operation Sides or at Customers. You could be abroad 50% of the time to maintain and Service Wingcopters that are operated by the Wingcopter Flight Operations or by Customers.
Variety of Tasks: You will not only maintain the Wingcopter, but also be responsible for repair, overhaul, troubleshooting and testing of the system and components. Perform quality inspections, check the performance on the test-bench and do maintenance check flights.
Training: You will be qualified to become a Trainer and perform Maintenance Trainings for Customers in theory and practical.

What You’ll Need:

Skilled craftmanship with special focus on UAV
Experience in assembling drones, soldering, crimping and basic knowledge of electrical test equipment and drone sensors
EASA A1/A3 license (Can be obtained after employment)
Aircraft Maintenance License / AML (desirable)
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Pro-active, creative and hands-on mentality
At least 3 years of experience Maintenance
Experience in CFK/GFK-Composite work is advantageous
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the UAV sector is advantageous
Experience with Trainings and professional appearance in front of Customers

Currently, we are looking for a Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Team.

What You’ll Do:

Support of the CEO in co-ordinating schedules and internal administration processes.
Support the CEO with detailed schedule management, travel co-ordination, contact database management, external correspondence and task tracking.
Support the CEO with preparation for participation in corporate events and speeches.
Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure all onsite meetings and visits are delivered to a high standard.
Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure the C-Suite attend targeted conferences and prepare them for their visits.
Support in further activities regarding C-level management.

What You’ll Need:

3-5 Years Experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite individual preferably within the aviation industry and a scale up.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills in German and English. Possess an analytical and research-oriented mindset.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition basic use of Jira and Miro.
Comfortable in a fast passed and agile working environment.
Located in Darmstadt/Frankfurt Area or willing to relocate.
Resident of Germany with an active work permit.
